Consulting & Planning
We work together to develop customised solutions. From the initial concept and creation of technical drawings to procurement management. I will provide comprehensive support and assistance throughout the process. Existing original components are meticulously measured, analysed and, where necessary, optimised. If no reference component is available, the drawing is created entirely from scratch based on technical specifications – alternatively, I can build on existing designs.
Project management
My role is to act as the liaison between you and my partner companies, overseeing the entire manufacturing process. The ability to make quick decisions, communicate directly and have a strong network ensures that operations are carried out efficiently and that the best possible results are achieved on all projects.
Final Handover
Following a comprehensive final inspection, the finished components are delivered or installed in accordance with the agreed schedule. Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to me.
